Today I share my latest experiences of understanding how I can create my own reality from the inside out — a reality that truly serves me. One that I prefer. One that feels good to me at my core.
As part of this I discuss why I didn’t publish last week and how this recording is not the original recording slated for today’s Episode 22. (And how the original version of Ep. 22 is available on Substack as it has some great info on how important it is to begin listening to ourselves and our feelings in understanding how to create our own reality.)
I also talk today about how in letting go of old and limiting beliefs, it can feel very disconcerting at first because it can feel like we’re not feeling good, or breaking “the rules” or doing something wrong. And how what we’re really doing in times like that is changing our reality and situation for the better – a better that serves us.
