Working in the fenestration and thermal analysis area for the last 8 years, John spent 20 years in Information Technology and information Systems before making the transition . John is a problem solver, a trouble shooter, a "systems guy," a self-learner. John currently serves as board chairman of NFRC, the National Fenestration Rating Council as well as his manager role at NCTL.
