In this week’s episode of the CrossFit Grandview Podcast, we’re joined by Head Level 2 Coach Drake Stephens to break down the gym’s historic performance in the 2025 CrossFit Open. We highlight some major wins from this season and talk through what made this year so special for our crew.
From there, we shift focus to the upcoming Semifinals, where 13 of our athletes have officially qualified! We also touch on the Syndicate Crown competition in Tennessee, where one of our teams will be throwing down.
To wrap things up, we dive into "The Challenge" — our very first in-house competition coming this May. With both Pairs and Teams of 4 divisions, it’s designed to give athletes (especially those who used to compete at Regionals or Quarterfinals) another shot at live competition.
