What does it take to run 100 miles 100 times? How about doing this 300 times? Ed Eddinghausen aka "The Jester" has run distances of 100 miles nearly 300 times and is seeking to break the record for the most 100 mile runs completed in one year. Many of us seek to work out our personal issues as we run. Some fight this battle internally and others seek to make a connection with fellow runners as our defenses are stripped away. The Jester shares his practice of helping others overcome obstacles during his runs as a mutually beneficial way of life that improves everyone’s state of mind and gets us all closer to the finish line.
