This meditation uses a powerful breathing technique to target the vagus nerve, the body's primary control center for the stress response. By systematically activating this nerve, you will move from a state of fear and anxiety to one of profound calm and courage. This is a practice of intentionally overriding your body's fight-or-flight instincts to cultivate an unshakable sense of inner strength.
