Days of our Lives is set to heat up as Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) plot to reclaim their family business, DiMera Enterprises, from the clutches of the Kiriakis brothers. The duo plans to exploit the existing rivalry between Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Phillip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and ignite a full-blown feud. In upcoming episodes on the NBC Peacock soap opera, Gabi employs her charms on both brothers to further her and Tony's scheme, even locking lips with the two. Meanwhile, Tony is keen on rehabilitating the DiMera family image, tarnished by years of criminal activities under his notorious father, Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo).

DOOL sees EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), meanwhile, has his hands full with his own machinations. He's busy manipulating Belle Black (Martha Madison) and working round the clock to clear his son, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), of murder charges. This leaves Tony free to focus on the family business and his plot with Gabi. Some fans speculate that Phillip and Gabi might develop genuine feelings for each other during their honey pot plot, complicating the scheme. If Phillip discovers the truth about Gabi's motivations, it could spell trouble for their budding relationship.
