A lot of business owners falsely believe the purpose of a customer is to get a sale. When in reality, the purpose of a SALE is to get a CUSTOMER. In other words, your goal isn't to abandon a customer once they've given you money. You want to give that person a reason to come back again and again for your products (instead of your competitors').
