What do you do if you get anxious on dates? My guest, Jeff Guenther, LPC (@TherapyJeff), shares many practical tips for managing anxiety on dates and enjoying the process more! We talk about different ways anxiety shows up, specifically how to ask for feedback from your dates and how to cope when you feel anxious on dates. Jeff also shares his advice for folks in new relationships, including eight questions to ask once you've DTR'd (defined the relationship).

  6. How much time should we plan to spend together on average?
  7. If I ever cheated on you just once, how would you want me to handle it?
  8. Should we talk about everyone we've hooked up with, especially if we're still talking to them?
