Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. Producer/engineer/bassist Brenden McGeehan has been a fixture on the Philadelphia music scene for more than 15 years. He has been involved in a wide variety of bands and projects--working on everything from Cyndi Lauper's Broadway musical to engineering the Philadelphia Eagles' annual Christmas albums. He has also played in multiple bands with In the Pocket co-host Fred Berman. Brendan joins the podcast to talk about his debut solo project, Peace Fortress, and the all-instrumental album, "New Moon," named after his daughter.
