Gary will be discussing the importance that DEMA networking, DEMA Conventions and Conferences, and continuing education through meetings, have helped him not only land his dream job but also lay the ground work to become an integral part of his families that he works with. He will discuss the transition of his career through DEMA as he went from being the founding DEMA Chapter President in Orlando, to Chapter President in Palm Beach, and finally ending up in Scottsdale where he is currently Chapter President of the Scottsdale DEMA Chapter.
