Darla sits down with Sarah Bronstein to explore the fascinating world of tiny homes, discussing personal experiences, real estate insights, and the unique challenges of designing for small spaces. They delve into the appeal of tiny living, the potential for investment in tiny house communities, and the differences between commercial and residential tiny home design. The discussion highlights the importance of understanding client needs and the evolving landscape of tiny home living, particularly in areas like Asheville, North Carolina. Sarah discusses her dual passion for real estate and interior design, particularly in the context of tiny homes. She emphasizes the importance of understanding client needs, navigating property considerations, and the significance of due diligence in property buying.

About Sarah: Hi! I’m Sarah and I live in a vintage travel trailer with my pup Albus. I am an interior designer, realtor, and host of the Nomadic Spaces podcast. My expertise is in vacation rental and tiny home design. After years as lead designer for a prominent vacation rental company I realized the corporate culture no longer aligned with who I was as a designer or as a person… so in 2020 I started Sukkha Interior Design and now I work with amazing clients creating beautiful spaces all over the country.
