In this episode, I share with you the roller coaster of the journey in deprogramming and old belief and programming a new belief. It's all well and good and exciting when you consciously decide to believe in something better, something bigger. The real challenge or test is when things don't go so smoothly or as easily after you make that decision.
This episode will give you an insight as to how easy it is to revert back to old beliefs and how it is equally as easy to decide to press forward.
