A lifetime Lexingtonian - Matt Stone, CCIM, SIOR, MBA is the Managing Director of SVN Stone Commercial Real Estate, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage based in Lexington. Since 2006, Matt has been the trusted advisor for many clients in transactions within the retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality product types as well as personally oversees the day to day operations of the company, brokerage of commercial investment properties and user properties, as well as property management. In this episode, Matt offers a unique perspective on the commercial real estate industry from a Commercial Agent / Principal Broker perspective. From Advising clients on how to invest in real estate effectively, to training those just getting involved in the industry, Matt has a world of knowledge on the subject and was happy to share his learnings over the last 15 years.
