My guest today is Mark Flickinger, General Partner and Chief Operating Officer at BIP Capital and BIP Ventures, a major VC firm based in Atlanta Georgia, where he’s very much focused on fundraising and investor success. Before focusing on the provision of venture capital, he’s worked at the coal face with startup consulting firm 4th Strand and a biotech startup developing therapeutics for cancer and autoimmune diseases. He recently served as the Chairman of the Board for Venture Atlanta and sits on the board of several other companies. He has an MBA from The University of North Carolina and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Princeton.
