We're talking about the age-old tensions between fine art, needing to eat, and deciding whether selling out is worth it as we discuss Roald Dahl's 1952 short story, "Skin."

**NOTE: In the episode I refer to both Chaim Soutine and a character based on him as being from Russia, when in fact, Soutine was from Belarus, which was part of the Russian Empire at the time but is in fact a distinct place and culture!
