Alright gang, this week we’re talking about a place that has left a permanent mark on my being, The Museum of Broken Relationships.

Not just that, but I’m discussing the museum with it’s former director, the wonderful Alexis Hyde.

During our conversation Alexis digs into how she got he job curating the museum. How the experience was a whole. The numerous everyday and extraordinary items that were displayed. The all too human stories that accompanied them and naturally we get into a variety of side topics such as empathy and the cathartic process of letting go.

It was an absolute pleasure chatting with Alexis and if you’ve enjoyed this episode (and there is no bloody reason why you shouldn’t have!) you can find more of Alexis here.
