Carol's Bio:
Carol Cambridge, a former emergency services professional from London, Ontario, has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations navigate through crises with composure and critical thinking. With extensive experience in answering 911 calls, dispatching police officers, and training new dispatchers, Carol has firsthand insight into how people respond in their most dire moments.
Observing a widespread lack of preparedness and rational action during emergencies, she was inspired to leverage her skills to teach others. Upon relocating to the United States, Carol focused on empowering communities and companies by imparting the essential skills of critical thinking, or what her father might call "common sense," to better handle unexpected and challenging situations.
