At the time of recording this episode, it is Autumn. The days are getting colder, the nights are drawing in and the leaves are doing their annual magical process of changing colours and shedding.
Change.
It is a period of change.
In terms of how our academic year works, September and October represents lots of change too and it is this 'season' that has inspired this episode about "How to navigate transitions and times of uncertainty on your early career journey"
