Recorded live at Heroescon 2019 in Charlotte NC, we interview two of the creators of Bitter Root from Image Comics. Chuck brown is one of the writers and Sanford Greene is the artist. Bitter Root is a comic dealing with Sangerye family as the defend the against monsters known as Jinoo with the back drop of the Harlem Renaissance. They give us insight into the creation of Bitter Root, and why they decided to include certain themes and narratives.
