You hear a lot about unconscious bias, but maybe you aren't exactly sure what it is. Or perhaps you don't think you could be bias, and don't think this could pertain to you. I never thought I could be on the receiving end either, but here I am. In this episode, I share how I experienced unconscious bias first hand, and the ramifications of that bias.
