"Just being here tonight is an unbelievable experience”
For the hundredth episode we returned to our very first recording - a pub near the JustGiving Awards in 2017. We've upgraded for 2022 with a backstage pass and slightly better equipment than the phone and headphone cable we recorded on five years ago. No upgrade on the hosts I'm afraid.
We took the opportunity to speak with Sophie Grieg - Event Maestro (8:00mins); Ryan, Scott and Adam Thomas - Award Presenters (10:30mins); Max Woosey - Young Fundraiser of the Year (15:30mins); Lucy Squance - Official DMG Cheerleader (18mins); Jamie Laing - Award Presenter (21:30); Three Dads Walking - Fundraising Team of the Year (22:45mins); Gina Almond,The Brain Tumour Charity - Charity Of The Year (35mins); Deborah James Tribute - Special Recognition Award (36:30mins); Jordan North and Vick Hope - Event Hosts (41:30mins); Saffron Barker - Award Presenter and Pasodoble expert (48:25mins); Tony Banks and Becky Francis - Toastmasters (52:30mins).
