Dr. Elwert is an Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky, where he also serves as the Stroke Rehabilitation Program Director and Associate Residency Program Director. With a deep passion for neuro-rehabilitation, and spasticity management, Dr. Elwert brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to today’s conversation.
