As you get older, the desire to control life through your conscious mind becomes stronger—but less effective. Real control doesn't come from force or fear; it comes from aligning with your higher consciousness. Your conscious mind sets intentions, but your subconscious and consciousness do the deeper work of manifestation. Surrendering to this inner intelligence allows you to create the life you truly desire without burnout or struggle. Trusting in your oneness with the universe is the key to lasting peace, purpose, and fulfillment.
