One of the pieces of the federal infrastructure law passed a few years ago gave the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration the mandate to write rules about how automakers will create and operate alcohol detection monitoring systems in vehicles. To talk about that and about the alcohol monitoring equipment that is available is David Gandini, the Chairman and CEO of SOBRSafe based in Greenwood Village Colorado.
