There has been talk and even legislation moving towards mandatory installation and use of Intelligent Speed Assistance devices in all vehicles. They are already being used by some fleets and some courts to mandate how people drive. I wanted to know how do these devices work, who are they for, what do they prevent you from doing and is legislation for their use a possibility?
