See you ask the 99% people the reason or purpose behind their job or business that they are doing they all will have the same answer as money. And that the place where they fail .

Because if money is your purpose you will only focus on making money, you will try to keep more money with you so you will not think of building a better team because that might ask for an investment to train your employee. You might not even care betterment of product because your will think that if the price goes high no own will buy it or you will have less profit.
