Nanna Gunnars is the founder of RVK Fringe Festival and co-founder of Huldufugl theatre company. She joined East of Moon to talk about how Iceland joined the worldwide movement of Fringe festivals, and the challenge of building an inclusive, exciting environment without facing burnout.
