While investing has become more mainstream and accessible over the last few years, we still have a long way to go to ensure women and the youth are investing as well.
Cleola Kunene, Head of SME Development and Customer Experience (CX) at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), joins us to talk about how we can further expand and diversify the investor demography.
While big strides have been made in changing the investment landscape, by getting more and diverse people to invest, Cleola also highlights the challenges we still face in accessibility and representation.
Speaking from experience as a mother and as a key figure in a critical institution like the JSE, she weaves the personal and professional to paint the bigger picture for listeners.
