"Weak people get revenge, strong people forgive, and intelligent people ignore. " - Albert Einstein In today's discussion, we address taking the high road in situations that we would like to be petty in. Have you found that choosing your battles is harder in some situations then others? What is your mindset concerning being mature in an immature world? Is taking the high road exclusive to not internalizing the details of the situation? We discuss what's worth ignoring and what's worth discussing, acknowledging that there are situations and predicaments that do not deserve our attention and energy. Remember that internalizing hurt means you are attacking yourself, while external actions occur when you are attacking others (i.e. petty behavior). If you take anything from today's episode, please learn how to stop bleeding on people who never cut you. Question of the Day: "What's your perspective on taking the high road? How have you been mature in an immature world? Or how have you not?"
