They work with families and schools across the city to encourage everyone in the city to recycle or upcycle their waste and household items they no longer use. What items cannot go into our green bins? What should we do with batteries that have run out of power and cannot be recharged? In this podcast Cristina and Julia take us through the details of how we can do more and offer us resorces and advice. And for Dogsthorpe Infant School children? Well, there's some new friends coming to school to teach them about recycling this week in 'Shine Time'. The little girl that I was back then absolutely loved listening to them, which by the way did not come from a book – my dad made them up.
