Sweda vaha srotas or the sweat channel is responsible for the elimination of liquid waste, perspiration and lubrication as sweat is an oily liquid substance. The sweat channel also helps to maintain moisture under the skin, maintain body temperature, strengthen the hair roots and in the protection of the body.
