In this episode, I’m reflecting on some big lessons I’ve learned from watching my 14-year-old son, Aaron, take on his first high school golf season—just six months after beginning to play golf! While I’m incredibly proud of him, I’ve noticed he struggles to celebrate his own progress, expecting perfection right away. Sound familiar? We all have those moments. I’ll dive into how this experience reminded me of the importance of just getting in the game, even when we’re not pros yet. Whether it’s golf, a new job, or a passion project, it’s not about being perfect—it’s about daring to try. So, let’s talk about why we need to stop sitting on the sidelines of life and start swinging, imperfectly but boldly!
