In this episode, I’m sharing what I’m personally and professionally moving through when I'm working with my own methods.

I'm in the shadows, loving my breakthroughs, and in awe of what happens when we work with sacred medicines the breath to work their quiet magic.

Let's explore how microdosing, paired with sacred embodiment practices, can help us heal what trauma has left behind:

  • Rewiring the brain through neuroplasticity
  • Softening rigid thought loops by quieting the default mode network
  • Meeting emotions in a titrated way — gentle, manageable, and safe
  • Moving stored energy in the body with breathwork, movement, and stillness
  • Replacing shame with compassion and curiosity
  • Repatterning old responses in sacred space
  • Working in trauma-informed containers that put safety and consent first

You’ll also hear:

  • The neuroscience behind neuroplasticity and the DMN — explained in everyday language
  • Personal stories from my own healing work this season
  • How embodiment completes the circuit for lasting change
  • Why “trauma-informed” is more than a buzzword — and what it really means in practice

And… I’m asking a big question:

Should we keep using the word “trauma” at all?
Or is it time to find language that’s less intimidating, less trendy, and more true to the heart of this work?

Whether you’re a seasoned journeyer or just beginning to explore microdosing, this episode is an invitation to come closer — to the medicine, to your body, and to yourself.
