These meditations guide you to experience the breath as a gateway to deeper insights, connecting you to the Source of Life and the natural world. Through mindful breathing, we recognize our role in the "gift sharing" of life, honoring the sacred exchange with Mother Nature’s children. By contemplating the Radiance Sutras, we gain clarity on life’s impulses of fullness and emptiness, creativity, and consciousness.

Key Focus:
Awareness of the pause between breaths.
Practice: Begin by becoming mindful of your surroundings. Gradually focus on the breath at the tip of your nose and notice the gap or pause between each in-breath and out-breath. Allow yourself to sense this gap as a portal to the Source of Life.
Reflection Question: "What do you sense in the space between breaths?"
