Loving-kindness is our birthright and the center of our heart's desire to love and be loved, to connect and express grace. In these embodied meditations, you begin by activating self-love and then extend it outward in ever-widening circles. The heart’s divine light is ignited by your visualization and sent to your body and to each body part. This light is extended to your loved one and to your environment, nurturing your own healing and the healing of the world.

Practice: Visualize a golden dot of love at the center of your heart. Focus on this soft spot and energize it with your awareness. Allow this golden light to expand, filling your entire body. Use this practice as a daily reminder of your innate capacity for love, activating it in any circumstance.
