Today’s episode is all about learning how to strengthen our ability to be resilient in the face of stress and hardship. You, my friend, are not alone in feeling as if you are constantly having to be strong and always have to be brave while you march forward with a smile on your face when your insides are screaming. Just the thought of this makes me want to run away as fast as I can! So...do we just keep going on, sending our body mixed messages? No. The answer to that is no. I know it may feel like you have to, but you truly don’t. Instead we need to create alignment while still doing hard things. We can’t all run away from the chaos that may exist in our lives, but we can control 4 simple things.

Come join me to learn how you can do hard things and not want to run away screaming.

What we’re talking about...

  • Resiliency and building resilience
  • Doing hard things- Yes, we can do hard things and not suffer!
  • Creating mind body connection and mind body alignment
  • Training our bodies to communicate our needs to our mind rather than the other way around
  • Doing uncomfortable things
