What if the one thing a machine is doing better than most humans... is actually a reminder of what we've forgotten how to do?

In this episode of Empowering Her, I’m diving into something that totally caught me off guard — the way artificial intelligence (yes, even ChatGPT!) has mastered something deeply human: acknowledgment and validation.

Let that sink in.

We live in a world where we’re constantly rushing, scrolling, fixing, and doing. And yet, the most powerful thing we can offer another human — especially a young girl — is simply to say: I see you. I hear you. I get it. And somehow, a machine is modeling that back to us better than we are to each other.

I share a deeply personal story from a recent GiRLiFE workshop, where one moment of acknowledgment disarmed a young girl and opened the door to deep healing. And it reminded me — we don’t need to fix everything. Sometimes, the healing begins when we pause and reflect someone’s truth back to them.

✨ In this episode, I cover:

  • The surprising thing AI does better than most of us
  • A real-life moment where acknowledgment changed everything
  • Why we rush to “fix it” — and how that’s not what people actually need
  • Coaching 101: acknowledgment, validation, and empowering questions
  • How to bring this practice into your everyday relationships
  • A call to become the human mirror we’re all longing for

And if this conversation lit something up in you… if you’re craving a way to be that woman for the next generation — I want to personally invite you to join the waitlist for the GiRLiFE Academy.

Enrollment only opens once a year, and the next round is coming in January.
