In this episode Erin reflects on her own actions and how many of them are externally focus. She shares how its way easier for her to take action when there is someone else involved and will benefit, but when it comes to her own joy and benefit solely, it is often harder to show up. This is a reflection episode with an opportunity to reflect on yourself, your own sense of self worth, and to shift into the knowing that you are more than enough, and the desire to do something is way more than enough to actually go through with it.
