Pamela Paterson, CBAP, PMP, is an international best-selling author and a senior IT business analyst consultant, having worked with +50 organizations, including Red Cross, KPMG, PwC, Hewlett-Packard, and the federal government.

She is an award-winning speaker, has presented at +200 events, including technology and IIBA chapters and conferences in the U.S, Europe, Canada, and Asia, and has written six books, two of them international best-sellers: Creating Requirements for Software Projects: A Business Analyst’s Guide to Requirements Management and Get the Job.

Previously, Pamela taught project management at a Toronto college and has a stealth bio in communications, information design, engineering, and chemistry.
