From more than 5 thousand applications from 89 countries, Ángel Luis González, was one of the finalists for the Global Teacher Prize awarded by the Varkey Foundation. The only Spaniard among the 50 best teachers in the world.
The Prize was eventually awarded to Mansour Al Mansour, from Saudi Arabia, but that does not take any merit from Angel and the work that he has been doing in our country. He joined us to "teach" us more about what he does and what led to this nomination.
