Hi All 🌞🌎

In this episode, I tell the story of the other night's events wherein I had to round up all the loose mares & foals! It was a wild ride for sure lol, but the episode doesn't end there! I discuss possible solutions to two patron questions:

  1. "Since I know my emotional state affects Falcon so much, in the situations where he’s not getting on the trailer, is it better to…Keep re-approaching and risk me getting upset (I know I shouldn’t, but my brain doesn’t know how to not demand perfection yet) which will make Falcon upset?"
  2. "I’ve reached out to friends that have stallions & they all told me I need to be dominant, the leader, & not let him get away with anything. My plan is to barrel race him eventually, so he needs to be close to mares & not act on his urges. He will be gelded but that’s not financially possible, right now. I just don’t know how to keep him in check throughout his career without “putting him in his place” as people have told me I mean obviously if I’m in a situation that could become dangerous, I’ll do what I have to do but I’m just not sure how to train it."

So, tune in for all sorts of directions we go in this episode! Be sure to leave a review for this podcast! If you have a specific question you want to be answered on-air, become a patron & ask away!
