Manage episode 461536639 series 3513490
What if true well-being was more than just physical and mental health? Join Nikita Singla, and Geeta Kumar as they unravel the intricacies of well-being through the "well-being wheel of life," a framework that encompasses eight interconnected dimensions: physical health, mental health, relationships, recreation, finances, career, self-awareness, and living spaces.
Women often face unique mental health challenges, especially in relation to their reproductive stages and career milestones. Nikita and Geeta delve into how these challenges manifest emotionally, cognitively, and behaviorally, affecting not just the individual but their entire ecosystem, including workplaces and families.
We discuss the importance of support systems and advocate for a paradigm shift from traditional work-life balance to work-life integration. By setting boundaries and prioritizing self-care, we can foster better overall well-being and clearer communication within our various roles.
Balancing work and personal life can be particularly challenging for women who juggle multiple responsibilities. Get practical strategies to help achieve work-life integration. From mindfulness techniques like the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique to the 3-3-3 rule for prioritization, to make your daily life more manageable. We also touch on the benefits of delegating household tasks to free up time for personal growth and family moments.
Tune in for a treasure trove of insights and leave with a renewed sense of hope and positivity for a well-balanced life.
