How do societal expectations shape the lives of working women, and what can be done to change this landscape? Join us for an insightful conversation with Dr. Sumitra, CEO of Mobile Crashes India, as she breaks down the obstacles women face in balancing work and home life.

We explore how gender roles and early conditioning shape women's personal and professional lives. Dr. Sumitra shares insights on workplace reforms and shared household duties for gender equity. We discuss young parents' roles, supportive measures for both mothers and fathers, and how equitable childhood experiences foster financial independence and mental well-being.

Through heartfelt stories of migrant women workers, we highlight civil society's role in their empowerment and the need to see women as active economic agents.
