In this special episode of the Erectile Dysfunction Radio Podcast, host and certified sex therapist Mark Goldberg opens up about how he began helping men with psychogenic erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation. Originally trained as a couples therapist, Mark began to notice a recurring, often unspoken pattern in his sessions—men quietly struggling with sexual performance, not due to a physical issue, but because of anxiety, pressure, and disconnection.

These conversations revealed a critical gap in support: while many men had seen doctors and tried medication, they still felt lost and ashamed. Mark realized that the traditional medical approach wasn’t enough. What was needed was a space where men could talk openly and safely about their experiences, and where emotional, psychological, and relational factors could be explored without judgment.
