This week on the Everything Actioncast, Zach and Chris try to avoid getting infected by the Rage Virus and discuss 2002's 28 Days Later as the third entry in the series, 28 Years Later, opens in theaters.

Cillian Murphy stars as Jim, a bike courier who awakens from a coma to find the world gone to hell. An experimental virus, dubbed the Rage Virus, has escaped a UK lab and has spread across the entire country, almost instantly turning anyone infected into a violent monster. Jim finds a few fellow survivors, played by Brendan Gleeson, Naomie Harris, and Megan Burns, and the group flees London to find a supposed safe haven being broadcast over the radio. Zach and Chris discuss how it's never a good idea to try to free experimental lab animals in movies, the surprisingly upbeat middle portion of the movie, the horror of how quickly the Rage Virus turns people, Cillian Murphy's transformation into a killing machine during the movie's climax, and more.
