Hey guys, welcome to the next episode. In this episode, we interview Mahesh Balasubramanian, the Managing director and CEO of Kotak Life insurance in India.
We found Mahesh’s profile very interesting for our interview. We had had questions that would benefit employees, managers, organizations and entrepreneurs and Mahesh has done it all. In this interview, Mahesh talks about his career, his venture, what it took to fail and fail fast, and how he learnt to keep up with the ever changing market. If we think about it, his career started in 1992 and a lot has changed since then! We were fascinated with the way he spoke about his venture "ApnaLoan", and the lessons he learnt from working on his own project. He talks about how the first step to innovation is to creatively destroy what you think you know. This was a wonderful interview and we hope you guys enjoy it as much as we did.
