Episode 2 features Todd McNeal, the Co founder of Reflect, a no code test automation tool for web applications.
This interview with Todd is very unique. Todd answers our questions with a lot of empathy for the audience that the questions cater to. For example, when we asked questions that were meant to help managers, Todd put himself in the shoes of the employee that reports to the manager, which brought a surprisingly new perspective for the answer to our questions. He doesn’t hesitate to critique his own methods in the past, as he learnt and grew from his experiences and his outlook was refreshing. We found ourselves reflecting on our own learnings and career developments.
