Hi everyone, welcome to episode 7 in our video series. We hope you guys are finding our videos educative. Episode 7 features Leigh Chinitz.

It’s interesting that Leigh made a change in his field of work right out of education. He talks about this transition and his first interview. When a lot of us make career transitions and apply for roles outside of our fields, we ask ourselves, “why would they hire me?” Leigh took it one step further and asked the person who interviewed him. The answer is surprising and very intelligible. He also talks about what it means to strive to be on top of your game at any job that you are in. He is certainly the most knowledgeable person we know, and his answers to our questions are very interesting. They make you think outside the box when you introspect on your career. Enjoy the interview you guys and as usual, let us know what you think in the comments!
