EPISODE SUMMARY:

Communication is far more complex than just using words to express yourself or to deliver a message. And it is even more complex than what is presented in this episode.

However, I wanted to bring across some of the important basics of communication, especially explaining a bit more about the three key elements – words, voice and body language – and some of the impact of each on communication.

There are references to the use of each element to different situations as well as the importance to recognise cultural differences in how people communicate in other parts of the world.

And the latter part looks at how someone’s communication may come across to others – which could depend either on mood or emotional state or even a person’s personality or the situation they are in.
