During this episode, we’re discussing American history, and specifically the impact of slavery on our laws and legal systems. In order to lead in a diverse and inclusive workplace, we must examine and understand our history, and in this episode we review and discuss the different ways in which the legal legacy of slavery impacts how we view race today.
