In order to lead in a diverse and inclusive workplace, we must examine and understand our history, and in this episode we review and discuss the different ways in which the legal legacy of slavery impacts how we view race today.

Our guest is Dr. David Reed, Assistant Professor in the Department of History and Government at Bowie State University.
